Most updates require no changes from you as a developer. However, updates that affect the network or CSL language, called "Protocol Updates", will require changes.
Since CSL is new we're currently releasing protocol updates roughly each month to rapidly integrate your feedback and improve performance.
We will publish "work in progress" release notes on the Changelog as we prepare the next protocol update for release.
As we get closer to releasing a protocol update, we will communicate with devs in the #game-dev channel of our Discord
All Out allows you to switch your game to "Nightly" mode which will allow you to preview protocol updates for local development and staging copies of your game before the update goes live.
To do so, change the "Platform Version" selector on the Create page of the site to "Nightly" and relaunch the editor.
Do not publish from nightly to production versions of your game, players will not be able to join.
