Spark Withdrawals

How to withdraw eligible game earnings, understand your balance and fees, and cash out with the All Out team.

Withdrawals transfer your game's eligible Spark earnings to an All Out account. The recipient can then contact the team to exchange those Sparks for money.

Cash-out note: To receive money for Sparks you have withdrawn, contact the All Out team. The rate is $1 USD per 100 received Sparks. We will deduct those Sparks from your account when arranging payment.

If you were already redeeming earnings before the September 10, 2026 announcement, your payout for those earlier earnings will stay the same. Future earnings use the new withdrawal system.

Withdraw your game earnings

  1. Open your live game in the Creator Portal and select Monetization.

  2. Check your Game Spark balance and select Withdrawal.

  3. Choose a Recipient: the game's creator or one of its current editors.

  4. Enter the Amount to withdraw. Use a whole number of at least 2 Sparks, up to the amount shown as Available to withdraw.

  5. Check Fees and Recipient receives carefully, then select Withdraw and confirm.

The same process is available on desktop and mobile. Only the game creator or an All Out admin can initiate a withdrawal. Editors can view earnings and receive Sparks, but being an editor does not allow them to withdraw independently.

Fees and rounding

The amount you enter is deducted from the game's balance in full. The recipient receives 70%, rounded down to a whole Spark. The remaining Sparks are deducted as fees.

The fee is normally 30%; rounding can make it a larger share of a small withdrawal. Each withdrawal is rounded separately, so combining small amounts can leave the recipient with more Sparks.

The cash-out rate applies to the Sparks the recipient actually receives. For example, a 1,000-Spark game withdrawal produces 700 personal Sparks, worth $7 USD when cashed out. The 70% share has already been applied during the transfer.

The examples show conversion values, not a promise of immediate cash payment for small amounts. The 2-Spark minimum is the minimum game-to-account transfer. Confirm money payout minimums, methods, timing, and any currency conversion with the team under your creator agreement.

Understanding your balance

Your game balance includes payout-eligible Sparks spent on your game's products since tracking began and 2 Sparks per verified completed mobile rewarded ad, minus eligible refunds and previous withdrawals. Ad credits begin when the feature is enabled; earlier views are not backfilled. Available to withdraw shows how much of that balance you can transfer now, before fees.

Your game balance is separate from:

  • Your personal Spark balance: It increases when a withdrawal is sent to your account, rather than every time a player buys a product in your game.

  • Total Sparks spent: Some player spending is ineligible for payout, and older sales may have no eligibility record.

  • The reporting date range: The date filter changes the product and ad reports. Your game wallet reflects its remaining tracked earnings across the full tracking period.

The Ad earnings card on Monetization shows completed ads, ad Sparks and a daily chart. These credits go directly to the game and are separate from any Sparks a player receives for watching an ad. They use the same withdrawal fee as other game earnings. See the ads guide for eligible ads.

Which Sparks are eligible?

For product sales, eligibility depends on how the player obtained the Sparks. Players see a single Spark balance; the system keeps track of the eligible portion and spends it first. Only the eligible portion actually spent on your game's products contributes to product earnings. Verified game ad credits are separately eligible in full before withdrawal fees.

For new player credits, the current rules are:

25%, rounded to the nearest whole Spark

Ineligible

These percentages classify Sparks when the player receives them. They are separate from the 70% creator share applied when withdrawing game earnings. For example, buying a new pack of 100 Sparks supplies 70 eligible Sparks. Spending the entire pack on your products contributes 70 Sparks to your game's eligible balance; withdrawing those 70 sends 49 Sparks to the recipient.

Previously recorded eligibility is preserved. These rules do not retroactively change old transactions.

Why are my old sales missing from the withdrawal balance?

The new earnings tracking began on September 10, 2026 at 20:15 UTC. Earlier purchases without recorded eligibility are not automatically converted into a new withdrawable game balance. An old lifetime sales total can therefore be much larger than the amount now available to withdraw.

Developers who were already redeeming earnings before the September 10 announcement keep the same payout for those earlier earnings. Contact the team about those existing redemptions; they are handled separately from the new wallet.

Refunds

If a tracked product purchase is refunded, its eligible portion is deducted from your game earnings. Refunds appear on the date they are issued, so the spending report for a short period can show a negative net amount.

A refund after a withdrawal can leave the game with a refund deficit. In that case, Available to withdraw is zero. Future eligible earnings must cover the deficit before you can withdraw again. The earlier withdrawal itself remains final.

If a withdrawal cannot be confirmed

An interrupted connection can leave a withdrawal unconfirmed even if the Sparks were transferred. If the page offers Retry withdrawal, use it with the same details. The system checks the original request and recovers its result without paying it twice.

While the result is uncertain, the recipient and amount are locked. If retrying does not resolve it, contact the team before starting another withdrawal.

Cashing out

After withdrawing to your All Out account, contact the team through Developer Support or the Support link on the Withdrawal page. Include the account receiving the Sparks and say that you want to cash out your withdrawn earnings.

The rate is $1 USD per 100 received Sparks. The team deducts the Sparks when arranging payment. Confirm your payment method, applicable minimum, schedule, and any local-currency conversion with the team. Selecting Withdraw does not automatically initiate a bank payment.
